It's possible your location has something to do with it. Have you altered the timezone settings in Control Panel to match the local ones?
Just in case run the Virtual Technician: http://mvt.mcafee.com/
Time zone matches, I have also installed Windows 8.1 recently, could that be the issue?
I cannot get to the virtual technician via the link.
If you did that with McAfee still installed it could have corrupted it. Best to uninstall completely via Control Panel > Programs and Features, then run the MCPR cleanup tool and reboot.
Then download and install from your online account.
