As evident as the title of this question, we need to be HIPAA compliant. There are some reports where I am not getting any data. Below are examples of the reports. What should I look at to help troubleshoot why there is no data/

The pre-canned HIPPA reports use Signature Field or Normalized IDs to produce the data in these reports. You can see what they are set to by looking at the query by opening the report and selecting edit query. If you can go through your data sources and find the appropriate signature IDs and plug them into the query you should start seeing the results you are after in these reports.
