Unable to enforce policies on devices as of yesterday
amtservice.log is spamming the following error:
20140204093443 W #06368 EPOAMTSVC Work Queue is full, returning QERROR:WORK_QUEUE_FULL
This means ServiceAMT worker threads are hanging. You could kill ServiceAMT.exe process and it will be restarted automatically. To debug the issue, we need to attach a debugger to the process. I am not sure what is hanging but if you attachthe logs, I can analyse it.
