We are experiencing agent communication problem the past weeks. I'd contacted McAfee support but still not able to figure out what causing the issue. We have ePO server and 1 agent handler. All agents communicating to the agent handler are frequently encountering communication failure. The agent handler communication is working fine and tested connection to the database server as well.
This issue is recurring and wanting to know the root cause.

Have you checked that whether the ports are open from agent to epo server???
Check for port 8080 & 443 as in my case.......
