Could you please share Agent and Mcscript log from the client machine (C:\ProgramData\McAfee\Common Framework\DB)?
Im working at classified environment so it will be a problem.
If you want I can tell you specific details from it.
In that case please open a case with support.
Unless you think this is a firewall issue remove the agent and reinstall.
You can try a push from ePO and if not succesful. then manuall remove the agent (frminst /forceuninstall) and reinstall manually. Watch the first asci to ensure new sitelist is bring downloaded...
Try telnetting from the wks to the epo server on ports 8443 or 443...also check the agent\events folder for .xml files.
Also try running netstat -an to see if the agent is listening..could be something is trying to use the same port....disable firewall and try to collect and send props...
Hi Andre and epository,
I have tried to uninstall the agent for many times (With console and with /forceuninstall) but it didnt help. (thats why I came to the forum)
And I dont have FW problem in this station.
How about removing all products, then doing a manuall uninstall? Also remove all mcafee/network associates data from program data.
I think is It is one of those things a rebuild might fix it much more quickly.
