I'm trying to get the SaaS email protection service setup properly, but I ran in to an issue straight away.
While trying to configure the Inbound Servers Setup, I ad the inbound SMTP host and try to test it. But it gives an error straight away: "Connectivity test failed" (see the image provided)
This inbound smpt is working fine, and for now accepting email straight to it''s IP / MS Exchange server 2013.
I've tried, IP, DNS name, etc. But it keeps failing. SMTp is open for connection on that server.
So what's happening??, pleae help.

The error indicates the "Active" checkbox has not been selected for the SMTP Hosts when configured. This checkmark must be set in order for the Connectivity Test to pass.
