    Error message when beginning a scan


      Hi all,


      I'm having trouble with my McAfee Security product.  Opening the McAfee Security Center on my PC (Windows 7), I tried to do a quick and full scan for my virus and spyware protection.  I click to start the scan link and it says:


      An error has ocurred during your scan.


      Please click OK to go back to the Home Page, and then try running your scan again.


      I tried that and it didn't work.  I restarted the computer and it didn't work either.


      I do have Spybot and Malwarebytes on my computer as well.  I've never had any trouble with McAfee before.  I also ran an update, so its not updated.


      Our primary browser is Chrome.


      Any ideas?  Thanks in advance for any assistance.
