We would suggest you to remove the SIM card from your device and then try to activate the application.
Make sure that
- You are able to access and browse Internet from your device using Wi-Fi.
- You are using same McAfee credentials i.e. email and password. They are same credentials which you use to login to your McAfee account at home.mcafee.com.
