      If you are unhappy with your McAfee Support Experience, where do you turn when  Executive Escalations Team lets you down?

       

      I contacted the EET last week (for the second time) and am still waiting for a response, I had been waiting a couple of weeks for a technician to call back (he said he'd only be 20mins)

      I gave notice three weeks ago that your software had corrupted important work files, i still am unable to access them.

      I would really appreciate someone giving the right person a nudge.
