are you sure this is the error you got during decryption? Usually this error is only seen when creating the PBFS - do you have screen shots, or other evidence?
How were you decrypting? Through EEO, or EETech etc?
What was the original problem you were trying to solve?
did you boot off a USB stick by any chance? If so Disk0 is the usb stick, not the hard disk.
Is your disk information still valid? If so what are the reported regions?
The disk information is unavailable atm.
Im using the cd to boot and that the only harddisk in the system.
Should i proceed to repair disk information? Coz it prompt me some warning before proceeding.
I would take an image of the drive first, then yes you can attempt a repair.
You probably need to involve your platinum support person at this stage though.
the repair disk infomation doesnt work, still show as disk information is not available.
anything that i could do now?
what was the original problem? What made you have to use EETech in the first place?
I removing it cause the policy push to wrong PC.
ok so you should really have removed it by pushing another policy, not by starting EETech.
I guess all you can do now is use the workspace to find the limit of encryption, then decrypt the remainder of the drive using the force decrpyt function.
