Biometric Authentication Skipped at Logon

Okay, I have set up a Win 7 test laptop to see how EEPC 7.0.2 will work with our current system configuration. Everything has gone fairly smoothly and was a little easier than it looked like at first (yay!), but know that EEPC is up and running there seems to be a conflict with a third party software on our laptops.

Digital Persona Pro Workstation uses group policy to require that all users login with thier password and fingerprint. EEPC seems to have taken over the logon process and the biometric authentication part of logging on is skipped. This happens with SSO turned on or off. Any ideas on how I can keep that fingerprint and password requirement at logon?

Any help would be greatly appreciated
