Just bought new prodcut after trial expiry. Unfortunately its picked up my old account from 5 years ago.
So appear to have two accounts under the same email address.
So having purchased it under my eamil with new password.
When I log in to download new product it takes me back to my old account.
How do I delete the old one.
Contact Customer Service via the link under Useful Links at the top of this page, it's free by phone or online chat and they will sort it out.
Alternatively you could try the Subscription Repair Tool to do it yourself.
