generally you can go to Configuration -> File Editor -> /etc/sysctl.conf. This file contains kernel settings and can be adjusted to modify all patterns, including window scaling. However I would definitely recommend to go through support and have them look at the issues you encounter and have them give you a recommendation on what to do. I strongly recommend to not touch any of the kernel related settings unless advised by tech support. Turning off Window Scaling will most likely have side effects and may cause trouble with troubleshooting in the future!
