So you went you your account here
http://service.mcafee.com/FAQDocument.aspx?lc=1033&id=CS40022 and checked what products Mcafee says you have. If it says you have what you think run the removal process as per
reboot and run
and reinstall from your account.
If the account does not show your produc=t you need to call Customer service or Technical support and get them to sort out what happened. Their contact details are in useful links tab above.
