I've found this for you:
http://kc.mcafee.com/corporate/index?page=content&id=KB52949&actp=search&viewloc ale=en_US&searchid=1381836931698 (not fully related but has a paragraph in the middle that could be useful)
In the Agent product guide, there is a section called correcting duplicate agent GUIDs, have you tried it?

Hi eackerma, as we can see only two of the Mac Addresses are identical, the other two are different.
The ones beggining by 00-19-99 are Fujitsu-related and the 00-1a-4d is a giga-byte so you have at least 3 different computers (2 fujitsu and another one reporting as giga-byte) with the same computer name
could you extend your screenshot from a source where you also add the following information: Managed (Yes or No), Number of Sequence Errors and Last Sequence Error ? Also please sort it by the date.
Also please have you considered the information in article KB78943 that I previously mentioned?
in the "Detected Systems" page is no duplicate host entry for this client.
I've extended the screenshot for you. the last 3 columns are the informationen you wanted.
First of the last 3 columns is "Managed (Yes or No)", next ist "Last Sequence Error" and the last column is "Number of Sequence Errors".
"Verwaltet" means managed.
do you happen to have any automatic response that is based on RSD detection? If yes could you post a picture of its summary page?
Otherwise if not - staying with the example host of PC1426 - I would delete old entries of it with old Last ASCI EXCEPT the one that has current ASCI and 18 Sequence errors, then would see if this host is getting its entry duplicated again on next RSD detection or host ASCI.
We have the same problem.
In the folder x:\Dokumente und Einstellungen\All Users\Anwendungsdaten\McAfee\Common Framework\Unpack\ there is a *. spkg file.
Contents of the file:
A variant for the requested resource
is itself a negotiable resource. This indicates a configuration error.
Which configuration is meant here?
in the file: pkg00130270681547030000_922991187.spkg
is the same Content as you described:
"<!DOCTYPE HTML PUBLIC "-//IETF//DTD HTML 2.0//EN">"
"<title>506 Invalid GUID</title>"
"<p>A variant for the requested resource"
"is itself a negotiable resource. This indicates a configuration error.</p>"
