Tried to upgrade 4.6.4 server to 5.0.1, installer failed now server won't start

      Ok, the details ...

In order to test a migration for my agency's production server, I setup ePO on a test server with the same hardware (HP BL460c), OS (Windows 2008r2 64 bit), and setup (ePO 4.6.4 recently migrated to an SQL 2008 r2 64 bit server both on the same box). When I tried to run the ePO 5 installer it went for a while, and then paused for a long time on "Starting New McAfee services", after a while it timed out and said the install failed and things had been rolled back.

... except the server won't start now. It will open the core config and the SQL connection is just fine, but I noticed the following in the Orion log:

I'm guessing that EPOCore is pretty necessary for the server to work and I can't just move it to a different folder and try to start again.

      Anyone have any advice?
