It puts the pre-boot on the boot drive (drive 0). There's no way to move it unfortunately.
Maybe both the drives on his machine are marked as bootable?
They are both marked as bootable. The funny thing is that this is the second time this happened. The first time we just decrypted it. I told him to remove the old drive back it up and format is as a nonbootable disk. He'll listen this time since it takes 3 DAYS TO DECRYPT!!!
