    Cannot Activate Internet Security Suite


      To Whom It May Concern:


      I cannot activate Internet Security Suite 11.  It was pre-installed on the notebook running Windows 7 Professional.  It shows the following screen for hours when I try.  I look forward to hearing from you.

          This is Windows 7 SP1 and you have IE10 installed I hope?   (IE doesn't have to be your default browser, but McAfee uses it).


          Try rebooting and then from the McAfee icon in your notification area (by the clock) right-click it and select "Verify Subscription", see if that helps.
