Just to keep you informed, I spent more than one hour with a lvl1 suport from Intel that installed and uninstalled AT twice; after that he gave up and escalated to a lvl 2 support scheduled to monday morning. Let's hope they get a solution.

4 hours of remote access, two technicians, three runnings os decription tool and nothing; now escalated to developers and waiting between 24 to 48 hours; now I'm worried.
Strange they usually can fix this issue please keep us informed.
Can you post the sr job number(s) you were given for the calls.
