I got my McAfee product uninstalled in a remote session in response to my complaint on the problem with my real-time scanning that it turns off automatically despite several attempts to turn it on. The support staff said that I could get a call from the McAfee on the issue since the connection would be terminated after uninstalling and rebooting. When will I get the call from mcAfee as i have left my laptop with no anti-virus. The session took place about an hour ago.
We have no way of telling that here, sorry. The call should come soon, however I'm sure all they will do is to install new software from your online account. If you wish you can do that yourself.
