I've been running Intel Anti-Theft for about a year without any problems. I purchased a new subscription recently & it turned out to be the McAfee version (nothing on the packaging, only apparent when the install starts). This uninstalled my previous version. Set-up went ok, but it has ground my computer to a complete halt, screwed with a load of settings. I now want to uninstall it completely. However, it doesn't want to uninstall at all - is there a step by step guide anywhere to how to do this. There seems to be quite a few discussions about this but the resolutions are all in emails between McAfee & the users.
I'm running Windows 7 on a Sony Vaio if that helps.
