Anti-Theft can be thought of as a service rather than an applicaiton. When uninstalling the application the computer must be unregistered from the service. If an issue is encountered the uninstall will stop.
It sounds like the issues you ran into when installing are resufacing now when you are attempting to uninstall. At this point I think you will need assistance from technical support to help identify the issue and assist you unisntall Anti-Theft.

No I havent contacted support for this issue. I thought of asking the forum first. Could you pls provide me the support number for Liberia, West Africa.
