It looks like the delay timer has counted to 0 resulting in the lock out. There are two tasks that need to be completed
1. unlock the computer
2. confirm the status of the AT client. Either restore normal operations and leave the client or unenroll from the service.
Unlocking your computer can be done in one of two ways. You can use the unlock password or the recovery token.
A support artcile that contains all the details to unlock the computer is available. I have provided the link to the enlgish version.
