Error 0xEE000007 Requested services is not available - unable to login into Windows

      Hi,

i am currently having a problem with McAfee Endpoint Encryption. Since the encryption started i am not able to login into Windows. The PC does boot up and you can see the background of the login screen with the Windows logo but there is no Login-Mask. Pressing Ctrl+Alt+Del didn't work, but i can (for example) switch between the Monitors by using the Hotkeyfunction. I can't even shut the client down. I am only able to log into the windows safe mode.

      Here is the enviroment:

      Fujitsu Lifebook S752
      Windows 7 Enterprise 64-bit
      BIOS Version 2.08

Endpoint Encryption for PC - Versionsnummer: 6.2.1.315
McAfee Endpoint Encryption Agent - Versionsnummer: 1.2.1.315

As you can see the application is saying that the module EpeOpalEncryptionProviderPlugin.dll has an error.
I have tried several things (in windows safemode).

      • Encryption service deactivated
      • stopped all McAfee services
      • .dll re-registered
      • updated Sata-Driver
      • changed energy-settings
      • updated BIOS

Do you guys have any idea what else could be the reason?

      UPDATE:

Renaming the EpeOpalEncryptionProviderPlugin.dll & EpeOpalATASec4SATA.dll does not solve the problem, since when they connect to the EPO they get the same again.

      thx in advance
