I took a quick look at your logs but there is not enough information to see what caused IIS to stop responding. it does look like at some point all other components stopped connecting to EMM which would explain why you could not access the console or get email. More than likely the EMM Hub App Pool stopped unexpectedly or IIS crashed for some reason but you would probably need to run the MER tool which gathers all other required system logs and open a case with support to get a more specific answer/analisys.
I had aleady opened a case with McAfee Support team and taken support from Tier 2 person but he also unable to determine why it was heppend.
McAfee Technical Support on EMM solution is worst. I submitted each and every log file but then also they have not pin point the exact issue.
Not only this case but also in other cases i submitted each and every log but then also no resolution.they inform me "let wait for error to reaccour" .
Requesting McAfee to look into the McAfee EMM Technical Support Team & do some changes otherwise McAfee Will lost its Major valuable customer.
