Unfortunately for some and fortunately for others (who don't care what they download) the real-time scanning can't be set to ignore files or folders, unless something is identified as a PUP (Possibly Unwanted Program). We used to have that ability about 7 or 8 years ago but it was taken away from the consumer version because it was abused. We have requested that it be reinstated to no avail thus far.
Until then, if ever, you can ask the labs to clear anything detected wrongly in your opinion by following the guidelines here: https://community.mcafee.com/thread/2016
I understand It correct, I can not change this settings!
Then I can not use McAfee in future.
Not McAfee must be decides which file is good or not good for my pc.
I want get a warning, but the final decision must by myself and not by McAfee
