First you are going to have to deal with the white/blank window problem which is caused by several anomalies in the system.
See TS101233 for 3 different ways of approaching it.
Once that is sorted out you should then be able to uninstall things normally and then run the cleanup tool as per TS101331

I have tried the three options mentioned in the document TS101233 with no good results. In the third part, I could not uninstall the program because the white window appears and also I could not run MCPR because in the article recommends first to uninstall and I could not perform this task.
I have made the workaround and no errors appearead.

I have installed Stinger and Malwarebytes. The former detected no errors. The latter detected 3 infected files which were deleted. After this, I restarted the computer and still having the same problem.
Before doing this, I installed all the updates of the system. This also includes Internet Explorer.
So, tell me how to proceed.
