I'm having issues setting up ticket auto-assign rules.
I have a pretty simple heirarchy for my scans; it looks something like this:
I'm selecting the Manage | Ticketing option and "Create New Rule" option.
My rule is again pretty simple, I select an Assignee, set action = assign, due date = 7 days, in criteria "Scan Configuration Name" contains "SOM Windows", and then save.
I ran a scan and tickets weren't assigned. I tried to run the rule manually but it didn't assign the tickets.
Anyone have any ideas?
