    ConnectionError9

      I am have a problem setting up by McAfee Online Back - Up.

       

      I have read other posts on this forum, and attempted other solutions, but it fails each time

       

      Each time I attempt it, I get the connectionError 9  fault

       

      Any ideas please?

          There is a FAQ regarding connection errors but it doens't go as far as '9' but may help:  HERE

           

          My only thought would be to check Power Options > Advanced in Control Panel, that nothing is shutting down or hibernating after a while.

           

          However, at the weekend your best bet for support is to go directly to Technical Support, free by phone or online chat and linked under Useful Links at the top of this page.
