When trying to open an attachment depends on the size and takes between 3-8 minutes to open, also to attach a single 13 kb file takes almost 2 minutes. I uninstall the DLP agent 9.2 Patch 2 and it works perfect
If you are not using Email Protection Rules, disabled the Outlook and Lotus Notes handlers in Agent Configuration.
If there is a business need to use Email Protection Rules, open a ticket with support.
Verify the Outlook plugin version. I've been having issues during upgrading from 9.2, where the old outlook plugin is still there and it conflicts.
I updated the 9.2 patch 1 to patch 2 as I see is the plugin version
