Open SecurityCenter and then click Navigation. Scroll down to Quarantined and Trusted Items and expand those sections.
A PUP can be trusted if you wish, as it appears to be part of a legitimate piece of software.
If it keeps popping up I can only assume that the application is generating random new objects which trigger the popup each time they occur.
You could try submitting the application to the Labs for approval.

This is in forums all over the place, started about June 26th. This and something else (a toolbar, I think) got bundled with one of the software downloads as an "optional extra". You have to un-check the box during the download process or you wind up with all sorts of crud.

From what I have read it might install another program as well you need to remove it in the control panel.
