Messages Queuing in Email Continuity When SaaS not Configured

If you have purchased the Mail Protection SKU and registered your SaaS account, bounced messages from recipient domains that also are registered with McAfee SaaS email protection may queue in the email continuity section of the SaaS service even if you are not configured with MX records that point to SaaS and even if you have not configured hybrid on your MEGs. This can happen because the SaaS service is processing the bounce and sees that it is destined for a domain it is configured to accept mail for. This can easily be corrected by logging in to your SaaS account and simply configuring the public IPs of your inbound MEGs at portal.mxlogic.com under Email Protection > Setup > Inbound Servers using Add New Host.
