Give Customer Service a call. They should be able to sort out the subscription issues and if necessary they can transfer you to Technical Support.
Hi, I have the sam problem on my laptop running Windows 8. First, I tried running the Virtual Technician. It says there a 3 missing files. Tried re-installing, same thing happens.
Then I come to the McAfee website which has IE 10 compatibility issues.
Next I fill up the form to get Tech Support by phone. It keeps saying the form has fields not filled up.
So far, the product and support have been massive disappointments!
By the way, I'm running Total Protection 2013.
Use IE10 in Compatibility View for all sites, I find that works much better. Or try another browser.
The phone number entry is the problem I believe, it needs 10 digits I think.
MVT is saying something is missing and is a known issue, ignore it for now.
