The fact that you ran GetSusp means McAfee Labs already have the information and will be working on it. If your email address was entered in Preferences they will notify you of the result.
Do a disk cleanup and clear your temporary files would be a start.
I don't know what operating sysem this is but Disk Cleanup is listed in Control Panel (Category View) > System and Maintenance > Look for "Free Up Disk Space" somewhere near the bottom.
You can clear more temporary files this way:
Go to Start/Run and type in temp and click OK or the Enter key.
When that screen appears go to Edit > Select All
Then click Shift/Delete simultaneously.
OK any prompts. Not all will go, but most will.
Repeat the exercise typing in %temp% this time.
You can also get rid of browser history under Tools/ In IE it's Tools/Internet Options/General.
Then you might consider running Malwarebytes Free, it's linked in the last link in my signature below.
Also I sent you an invite to join the getsusp group there is the best place to ask questions. When you have joined it I will move the post there.
As peter suggested clean out all your internet temp files and temp files and maybe your restore points. 1 of the detections is in a restore point.
Thanks Tony. I'll move this there once the user joins that group.
Thank you, Peter. I will try what you have suggested. I see I need to get myself over to the correct forum and will take care of that.
Thank you, Tony!
Please accept that invitation Tony sent you to join the GetSusp group so we can transfer this to that area.
We can't move it until you do that.
Did the OP manage to this the issue addressed?
I moved this to the GetSusp group where it belongs.
Thanks for posting the GetSusp log results. You're infected with the Zero Access rootkit which can be a tough nut to clean.
Please download and run the Rootkit Remover tool from: http://www.mcafee.com/us/downloads/free-tools/rootkitremover.aspx
Follow this up with a rescan of the machine with the latest Stinger.
Re-run GetSusp after these two steps and post the results to this thread.
