Well, after a week, still no reply or acknowledgment from the McAfee team. I gues this means I have to go to a different solution from a different AV etc company? 1 week and no response for McAfee. That is sad.
I want this still open for other folks, but you guys did not respond to me at all. I followed all of your complex rules. and still nothing. Great support you have!
