We have a user who is setup as a DLP admin (i.e. full permission for both policy and monitor). When she is on her work laptop, and attempts to access an evidence file that is stored in the DLP Monitor, she gets the above error. If she attempts to view this evidence from another person's laptop, she is successful in having the evidence opened. Has anyone else ran into this issue? We have looked through eventlogs on her host and have looked through McAfee logs as well. The delightful vagueness of the error (i.e. Unknown error - how fun!) makes this hard to pinpoint. Obviously, there is something on her specific system that is blocking this, but we haven't been able to locate it as of yet. Hoping someone has had a similar issue, but resolved it!
