McAfee uses Internet Explorer to communicate and display it's status so open IE10 and go to Tools/Compatibility View Settings and make sure it's set to show all sites in that view.

If that fails, uninstall everything in the normal manner via Control Panel then run the MCPR cleanup utility and reboot.
Go to your online account page and re-install.
