First what version 11.6 or 12.1 also what operating system?
Try running the virtual technician found on their support page.
If that does not fix things try an uninstall reinstall that should fix it.
reboot and run
Then reinstall from your account
If still an issue call support they will most likely suggest the reinstall path first thus best if you already have tried that.
