I am working with DLP (Host) for many years and have only come up with this one today.
When we roll out DLP to comitor email and request justification it works really well.
Except for the ocassion that you notice that you have the wrong email address in the "to" field.
If you now try and cancel the mail with the cancel option in the justification window it just sends the mail and cancels any request for justification.
Any advise on how to get this fixed?
I have opened a service request on this one.
Anybody got any input while I wait?
Justification will not block you sedning mail if you don't check "Block", it is just like give a chance for user to add comment in this scene.
When you check "Block" and "Justification", click "Cancel" on justification window will block the mail sending, mail will not be blocked if user gives a reason.
