I'm facing the same problem as the above, customer have trade in the computer at the time still working.
recently now display the above message.
We have try call to Intel Anti-Theft service hotline 1800-88-9858 (malaysia), but we no have the information can provided to the support.
we only have the original receipt purchase from the IT retailer and original box together
even the customer photo copy IC also have it.
can we request to unlock the Notebook and permanent to disable the intel anti-theft?
