For those having issues with the tablet above, try to follow these steps (Steps also available here: http://service.mcafee.com/FAQDocument.aspx?lc=1033&id=TS101230):
1 - Access your McAfee account, and on the mobile devices, select your device.
2 - Click the link that says Portal McAfee Mobile Security
3 - Access the Lock feature https://www.mcafeemobilesecurity.com/member/lock.aspx and select the Unlock option to your right.
I had never seen this until now, but thankfully the unlock feature worked great.
Could McAfee provide a simple explanation as to what might have caused this?
