Have you tried deleting the device from the helpdesk before you try to reprovision?
thanks fore the fast answer, it doesn't even appear at the companys helpdesk.....
- Installing EMM on the IPhone (4S)

- It connects, ask for Instalation of the Enterprise Activation

The Peopel at my company (IT Departement) tell meit should start to install another Part of the Profile, Another Certificate, and should automatically add an Account (Exchange) So, they say, usually it is working without problems.SO they can't find me at the helpdesk, seems its not connected.....
