I'm going to use the tried and trusted contact support and it will start to work method. I am running EPO 4.6.6 and on the EPO summary dashboard the latest available is blank. Repository pulls are successful as is the download of the product catalogue. There used to be a section in the server config for the frequency of the check with Avert labs to get this information, but it now appears to be gone.
Just wondering if anyone else has had the same issue and if it just fixes itself over time or if this is an odd issue. I can get to http://myavert.avertlabs.com:8801/reportservice.asmx?wsdl without error
