We are trying to implement Data Loss Prevention 9.2 in our new ePO Orchestrator 4.6.5, but failed during the first initialisation (see attachment).
The dlp-extension is not on the same server as the epo (sql and epo are not running on the same server).
Behind that white field on the screenshot is the name of the sql-server, where the extension is installed.
Both server are running on windows server 2008 and integrated to our domain.
"The trust relationship between the first domain and the trusted domain failed."
Hope you can help me

Have you tried IP address of SQL DB server instead of name?
Its communication issue and also make sure that 8731 is open and you can telnet it. And WCF service is installed on ePO server.
And Your SQL DB server should be on same domain as ePO, if I am not wrong.

thx for the answers.
I´ve tried the IP address instead, but the same error occurs. my sql db server is on the same domain as the ePO.
the wcf service is installed and has been tested through http://localhost:8731/DLPWCF/Admin/Testing (this is working).
i am confused
any other suggestions?
