every manufacturer has a different way of updating their BIOS, so you need to follow the instructions with the update.
If it can be updated from within Windows, then it can be updated from within BartPE.
The BIOS update is easy. I have done this from within BartPE, the problem I am having is EETech won't boot up if BIOS is not updated. So I have been thinking of integrating the drivers with the PE Builder to update BIOS to the latest version, but the BIOS driver is in EXE format thus I won't be able to do this. Some models do boot the EETech cd if in ATA boot mode but olders models not.
