This is in the home product, correct? I think that's a glitch in MVT quite honestly because I wasn't even aware the Home Network had a version number.
If the product is saying it's protecting and OK then don't worry what MVT says.
If not then I would open a case with Technical Support.
Thanks for the reassurance - everything seems to be working in home network. This just cropped up when I ran MVT to find and fix another problem.
I just ran it here and got exactly the same as you so I would disregard it. A glitch.
Same issue here. I think something went wrong with Microsoft's roll-out of the Visual C++ update a couple days ago, because in addition to what MVT is detecting, as NyallM indicated above, it's now requiring several minutes for the Action Center to load after logging into Windows, and as soon as the tray icon does finally appear it takes 2 or 3 minutes for it to recognize any security software running on the machine.
Good thought, maybe that's the problem. If so nice to know someone else is to blame.
