pePC has been corrupted - Can't reboot from new Internal Hard drive

I have an HP Elitebook 8460p laptop. Today I updgraded  the internal HDD from 320 GB to 1TB after cloning the old HDD to the new HDD. After trying to boot to the new 1 TB HDD, I got the message :'pePC has been corrupted."

I have to say that the old HDD was encrypted by HP Protectools which is supported by McAfee.

How can  I reboot to the new 1 TB Hard Drive ? Any suggestion would be really appreciated.
