I found that your case is with Engineering, and it is handling by McAfee Research team. I request you to wait for the engineering team solution since they have given some workaround to try fixing your issue. I will alert research team to arrange a call back for you.

I have the same issue on my Ultrabook. The software appeared to install OK. I did the setup and got to the sync screen. The sync button does not do a thing. I have not tried to uninstall because I am hoping there is a way to get around this issue. Any ideas?

Last week they asked me to reinstall my operating system. I did. But no, the issue is still there.
