I just want to know what reallyc asuing the problem why encrypted machine experienced BSOD.
User can access encryption login but BSOD appears after successful login then reboot. When I try to test it using Encryption Recovery>Machine Recovery, we can get thru encryption login but BSOD still appear.
What could possibly casued the issue? Is the windows system crashed?

Hi Safeboot. BSOD refers to Blue Screen display appears after successful authentication then machine restarts again.

In my organization we get BSODs most often on encrypted machines trying to access AHCI drives without the proper AHCI drivers on the OS. Just a shot in the dark, but I figured I'd chime in on the off-chance that your organization was having the same problem as mine.
Yes, I know what a BSOD is, but specifically, which one are you getting? The information displayed on the BSOD will give hints as to what the underlying problem is.
