My Total Protection auto - renewed recently and since them I cannot run a scan. It always says an error occured and the real-time scanning keeps giving the message that it is starting. I cannot go into the virus and spyware protection settings to do anything. Any suggestions??

Check with the issue
If issue persists, update me the version of McAfee & the type of operating system
To check the McAfee version, open McAfee console and click on About (top right corner / bottom right corner)
